Horse Wind Vane

is it a wind vane??? i forgot what it was called so i googled it...apparently 'wind direction thingy' is a popular search...anyway this was also for the 'My Hometown' project...on photoshop i raised the contrast but i dont have the version or photoshop on my computer so youll have to bear with this!!!
